Every Arbora panel is engineered from the substrate up to meet the world's most demanding performance standards — FSC-certified, rated to AC4–AC5 wear classes and E1 (EN 717-1) / CARB P2 / F★★★★ emission classes. Moisture-resistant core formulations and dimensional stability systems keep them flat and durable where ordinary panels warp.

CLIMATE ENGINEERING

The Gulf climate is unforgiving. Standard panels absorb moisture, expand at the seams, and degrade under UV and thermal cycling. Arbora's core formulations are engineered specifically for these conditions. Our proprietary moisture-resistant core technology reduces swelling rates by over 50% compared to conventional panels. Surface coatings are UV-stabilized for desert sun exposure. And every batch is tested for dimensional stability at elevated temperatures before it leaves the factory.

Institutional Backing

In 2004, IFC — a member of the World Bank Group — became an early strategic investor in the panel-manufacturing heritage behind Arbora, committing a $43 million financing package and marking IFC's first project in Guangxi. Beyond capital, IFC's governance counsel and sustainable-forestry technical assistance helped the group adopt international wood-certification standards such as FSC and CARB early on — the foundation for the certified, responsibly sourced panels Arbora builds today.
